1. Preparation & Processing Time 

Each piece of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order.

• Processing Time: It takes 10-12 business days to design, cast, and polish your unique piece before it is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery 

We use premium express shipping services (via ShipEntegra) to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.

• Domestic (Turkey): 2 - 3 business days.

• International (Worldwide): 3 - 5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties 

• Shipping Cost: We are happy to offer FREE Express Shipping worldwide.

• Customs & Import Taxes: Any customs and import taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

4. Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. 

5. Damaged Packages 

We take great care in packaging our jewelry securely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please file a report with the courier before accepting the delivery. This is essential for us to assist you with a replacement or insurance claim.
