Always remove your pieces before showering, swimming, or washing your hands. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as they may cause tarnishing. For oxidized silver pieces, cleaning methods should be avoided as the tarnished look is intentional. When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry, and airtight environment. If tarnishing occurs, gently clean with a soft cloth to restore its original shine.
What is the shipping time?
Orders are produced within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation and then shipped. Shipping time varies depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
How is the quality of our jewelry?
All of our products are crafted using the highest quality materials, made from 925 sterling silver. In the near future, we will also introduce gold designs to our collection. Our jewelry is nickel-free, safe for sensitive skin, and carefully designed for long-term use.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing it. Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with their original packaging and box. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. To avoid any misunderstandings, please carefully read the product description before making a purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
